The Pool Initiative was established in 2019 by Erinn Dethloff, the Owner and Operator. He had a vision for a pool service company that not only offered quality pool service but excellent customer service as well. With over 10 years of experience in the pool service industry, Erinn realized that he wanted to make a difference and create a company that improved this industry. The Pool Initiative was built with people in mind. We aim to serve our customers with genuine care and integrity.

In 2021, The Pool Initiative joined forces with another pool service company in the area to form The Pool Initiative, LLC. We still operate with the same values under the same ownership. This partnership has allowed us to grow and serve more amazing customers.
